Here at the club we have a full and busy involvement with all manner of sporting activities.
We show live Premiership matches on both our big screen in the main bar and huge flat-screen television in the lounge bar, and are able to sometimes show two (or even three) different matches at the same time (see below).
Members are able to come to the club most nights and play darts (eight boards), pool (one table) or Snooker (two tables) or any manner of bar games such as crib or dominos.
We have teams in many of the local leagues (at varying levels of success!);
- Darts, Monday nights (Winchester and Alresford leagues??)
- Pool (??)
- Snooker, Tuesday nights (www.sotonsnooker.com)
- Quiz, Wednesday nights, Worthies AllStars (www.quizleague.net)
- Crib (hopefully!)
We have a booking system for our snooker tables which can also be accessed via telephone on 01962 880457.
Although we do not currently have any football teams ourselves we are happy to support the Worthy’s YFC (Youth Football Club), and their website can be found at ‘www.worthysyfc.co.uk’, and the two adult ladies football teams
